What We Process About Visitors

Personal data are processed to the extent needed to operate, secure and analyse tipsport-bonus.cz, or to answer an enquiry sent by email. Data concerning gambling, identity verification or payments fall outside this scope, and the website does not process data of Tipsport Vegas players at all.

Retention: 12 months at most, or as technical capabilities allow.
  • Analytical and marketing cookies
Legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Retention: for as long as the enquiry is being handled, no more than 6 months.

The framework for all of this is set by the General Data Protection Regulation, (EU) 2016/679, by the Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll. on personal data processing and, as far as cookies are concerned, by § 89 of the Electronic Communications Act, No. 127/2005 Coll.

Categories of Recipients

For operation and analytics purposes, we distinguish the following categories of recipients of personal data.

Hosting and CDN

Providers that keep the website live, accessible and secure.

Web analytics

Providers that process statistical data on traffic so that the website can be optimised. Their names are stated only where they are publicly identifiable on the website.

Unverified entities and third parties without a legal basis do not receive personal data.

International Data Transfers

  1. When they happen: if the analytics tool comes from a provider established outside the EU or the EEA.
  2. On what basis: standard contractual clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR.
  3. What the clauses do: they ensure an adequate level of protection for the data even outside the European Union.
  4. When they do not happen: if no service outside the EU/EEA is used.

  • Art. 15 GDPR, access: you can find out which of your personal data we process.
  • Art. 16 GDPR, rectification: data that are not accurate can be corrected.
  • Art. 17 GDPR, erasure: data can be deleted (“right to be forgotten”) where the conditions of that article are met.
  • Art. 18 GDPR, restriction: you can ask for processing to be restricted.
  • Art. 20 GDPR, portability: applies to data processed by automated means on the basis of consent or a contract.
  • Art. 21 GDPR, objection: you can object to processing that rests on legitimate interest.
  • Withdrawal of consent: possible wherever consent is the legal basis; processing before the withdrawal remains lawful.

These rights derive from the GDPR and Act No. 110/2019 Coll.

Submitting a Request

The deadline for responding to a request is 30 days from its receipt at most, and the controller deals with it without undue delay. In more complex cases, or where many requests are received, it may be extended by a further two months; you will be notified if so. To submit a request, simply write to contact@tipsport-bonus.cz.

Right to Lodge a Complaint

If you consider that the processing of your personal data has breached the law, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, ÚOOÚ), based at Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7. Further information is available at www.uoou.cz.

How We Protect Your Data

Personal data are protected by technical and organisational measures that reflect the current state of the art. Communication between your device and the server is secured by the HTTPS/TLS protocol. The controller regularly checks its security settings and takes steps that reduce the risk of unauthorised access to the data or their misuse.

Use of Cookies

  • Analytical cookies collect anonymised statistical data on use of the website. These also require consent.
  • Essential cookies ensure the basic operation of the website; without them it might not work properly. They are stored without consent, as allowed by § 89(3) of Act No. 127/2005 Coll.

Development of This Policy

Data protection law develops over time, and the way in which the website processes data may also change. In either case, this policy may be updated. The controller informs about significant changes on the website and recommends that you check its wording on a regular basis.
